02 Ingredients
    • parmesan cheese
    • pepper
    • salt
    • 1 1/2 cups water (or broth)
    • 100 g uncooked spaghetti
    • 1 tomato (chopped)
    • 2 bunches spinach
    • 1 tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 slice bacon
    • 1 red onion
    • 1 pound ground turkey
03 Method
  • Step 1
    Mix ground turkey, red onion, bacon and garlic to shape 5 turkey meatballs.
  • Step 2
    In a pan on medium heat, add olive oil. Once the pan is heated, add meatballs, cooking about 5 minutes allowing them to brown.
  • Step 3
    Add chopped tomatoes and spinach, cooking for about 2 minutes. Add in pasta and water (or broth if you wish).
  • Step 4
    Once water reaches a boil, turn heat to low and simmer with the lid on for about 20 minutes or until water reduces to form a light sauce. You could also add a splash of cream, or sour cream to the dish if you prefer a creamier sauce!
  • Step 5
    Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with plenty of parmesan!
