  • Sauce
    • 1/2 cup ketchup
    • 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
    • 4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    • 1/2 cup whole milk or half-and-half
    • 4 tbsp. ketchup
    • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
    • 1 tsp. table salt
    • 1 small vidalia onions or small type sweet onion
    • 1 egg
    • 1 slice bread (broken or chopped finely)
    • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

  • Step 1
    Combine all the ingredients except sauce ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Place into a loaf baking dish. Smooth out top.
  • Step 3
    Combine sauce ingredients and pour on top and sides of meatloaf.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until done. Enjoy!
